Passes and Permits

There is no fee for the general use of Three Rivers parks and trails. Certain activities in the park require either a pass, permit or parking fee. Take a moment to learn about them and be aware. Passes and permits can even be purchased online, so that you can enjoy every minute of your time in the parks.

A pass is required for archers. Youth age 15 and younger are free but must be accompanied by a paying adult.

A pass is required to park boat trailers at the boat launches from April 1 through November 30.

Commercial and professional photography is welcomed at Three Rivers' Parks. Annual photography passes can be purchased online, and hourly passes can be purchased at on-site locations.

A pass is required for all disc golfers at the main courses. Passes are not required for the Lake Minnetonka practice area or the Hyland Lake Park Practice Area.

Three Rivers operates 63 holes of golf with driving ranges across the Twin Cities metro area. With scenic courses designed to challenge all levels of ability, you won't have to drive far to get your fix. Come practice your swing or round up a foursome and play a friendly round at one of our four locations: Baker National, Cleary Lake, Glen Lake Golf and Practice, and Eagle Lake Youth Golf Center.

Special Use Permits

A Special Use Permit is required for all groups conducting organized events when using a park or trail facility. Use, facility and extraordinary service fees may apply. Call 763.559.6700 to arrange for a Special Use Permit.

Bus and Commercial Vehicle Parking Fees
