Need some gear? No problem. Three Rivers offers rental equipment for almost any activity.
How to Rent Equipment
Equipment reservations can be made online or over the phone by calling Guest Services at 763-559-6700.
At some locations, same-day equipment rentals are available on a first-come first-served basis. Please call ahead to check hours and availability if you prefer not to reserve equipment in advance.
Equipment Rental Policies
- Rental Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to rental time to receive 100% of the rental fee.
No refunds will be provided less than 12 hours prior to rental time.
- Late Return Fee
Rental equipment returned after the two-hour limit will be charged a late fee of $25.
Adapted Equipment Rental
Three Rivers offers the use of adapted equipment to people with disabilities for participation in general recreation and education programs.
Come take on the open water in one of our seaworthy watercraft rentals. From canoes to stand-up paddle boards, we're sure to have something to float your boat.
Ready to get outside and embrace the snow? We've got you covered. From skis to snowshoes and everything in between, find the equipment you need to start your next adventure.

At Three Rivers, we believe everyone belongs in the parks. The Recreation Pass Plus is a one-year pass that includes free equipment rentals and recreation passes, and discounts on programs and events. It is available for families and individuals who live in Hennepin County and are experiencing financial difficulty.
