Silverwood Island Shoreline Stabilization

The shoreline stabilization project at the Silverwood Island was completed July 1. The project included stabilizing the most heavily eroded areas of the shoreline to reduce runoff. The project also improved shoreline fishing access.
 

The project was funded through the Minnesota Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund and the Legislative-Citizens Commission on Minnesota ResourcMinnesota Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund logoes.
