Cleary Maintenance Building Project now complete

The new maintenance building at Cleary Lake Regional Park is now complete. The 8,855-square-foot building sits on the same site as the original 70-year-old farm house that functioned as the administrative office for Cleary maintenance staff.

This new building houses staff offices, storage and heated vehicle bays, and will serve Cleary Lake and all Scott County parks for many years to come.

This project was completed by Scott County in partnership with Three Rivers Park District. This project was partially funded by the Minnesota Parks and Trails Legacy Grant Fund Program.
