Cleary Lake Maintenance Building Construction

A new maintenance building is being constructed in Cleary Lake Regional Park. Construction will begin mid-September with anticipated completion in the summer of 2020. Public use of the park will not be affected other than for short-term utility work adjacent to the Cleary Lake Dog Off-Leash Area access road in the fall of 2019.

The new maintenance building will replace the current 70-year-old building (original farm house), which is beyond its useful life. The new facility will provide adequate space for staff, vehicles, equipment, and supplies to support the growing regional park and trail operations in Scott County.

This project is being delivered by Three Rivers Park District in partnership with Scott County.  The project is partially funded by the Metropolitan Council Parks and Trails Legacy Fund Grant Program.
