Catering Your Three Rivers Event
An approved caterer or food truck is required to provide all food and beverage (with the exception of dessert) at events taking place at our featured venues:
Full-service catering is required at our featured venues. This means that catering staff brings the food to the venue, stays on-site to manage and serve it, clears tables, manages trash and stays until food and beverage service ends. Drop-off catering is not allowed.
Choosing an Approved Caterer or Food Truck
The information below will guide you through the process of selecting a caterer for your event at Three Rivers.

- For 2025 events, refer to our list of approved caterers and food trucks for this year
- For events between 2026–2028, the list of approved caterers and food trucks will be finalized in mid-March 2025
Application to Become an Approved Caterer
If you have a caterer or food truck in mind that is not on our approved list, please direct them to apply to become an approved vendor:
- Apply to become an approved caterer for 2025 events
- Applications to become an approved caterer for 2026–2028 events will open in mid-January and are due by March 1, 2025
Deadline to Choose an Approved Caterer for 2025 Events
Please choose from an approved caterer or have the caterer of your choosing submit an application no less than 60 days prior to your 2025 event.
- Approved Caterer and Food Truck Policies
For events at featured venues, Three Rivers Park District assesses a usage fee to each caterer. This fee is the responsibility of the caterer, but you should expect it to be included in the overall bid you receive from them.
If your chosen caterer or food truck has never catered at a featured venue before, they must schedule a meeting with the Facility Coordinator at least 30 days before your event.
This meeting will cover expectations and other important details. Contact information for each venue will be provided.
