Featured Venues

Full-service catering is required at our featured venues:

This means that catering staff must provide all food and beverage (with the exception of dessert). They must also bring the food to the venue, stay on-site to manage and serve it, clear tables, manage trash and stay until food and beverage service ends.

Drop-off catering is not allowed.

Usage Fees

For events at featured venues, Three Rivers Park District assesses a 15% usage fee to each caterer. 

This fee is the responsibility of the caterer, but you should expect it to be included in the overall bid you receive from them.

Other Reservation Sites & Facilities

Other reservation sites and facilities include:

  • Picnic sites
  • Picnic shelters
  • Small pavilions
  • Nature centers
  • Visitors centers
  • Group camps

At these sites, you are welcome to use a full-service approved caterer or food truck on our Approved Caterers list, bring your own food or have food delivered to your event.

If you do choose to have a business such as a restaurant, caterer or food truck serve food at your event, you must use one of the approved caterers or food trucks listed below.
