Catering Your Three Rivers Event
Select from our list of Approved Caterers & Food Trucks when choosing a caterer for your event at Three Rivers. If you are interested in using a caterer or food truck that is not on this list, please direct them to learn more about becoming a Three Rivers approved caterer. Caterers that want to be approved for a 2023 event should contact catering@threeriversparks.org before submitting an application.
An approved caterer or food truck is required to provide all food and beverage (with the exception of dessert) at events taking place at our featured venues: Elm Creek Chalet, Gale Woods Farm, Hyland Hills Chalet and Silverwood Great Hall. Caterers are required to have staff present for set-up, service and clearing of all food and beverage. Drop-off catering is not allowed at our featured venues.
Please note that, for featured venues only, a caterer’s usage fee is assessed to each caterer by Three Rivers Park District; it is the caterer’s responsibility to pay this fee, however you should expect it to be incorporated into your bid from the caterer.
If a caterer or food truck is hired for an event at a featured venue and has never catered there before, the caterer is required to schedule a meeting with the Facility Coordinator a minimum of 30 days prior to the event for an overview of expectations. Contact information for each location will be provided.
