Birthday Party Options
Saturday Morning on the Farm Parties
During the months of April–September, invite your guests to attend our Saturday Morning on the Farm program and reserve one of our rooms for gift opening and serving your own refreshments.
- Ages: All
- Availability: April–September
- Cost: $6 per person plus $120 per room rented.
- Capacity: Maximum room capacity is 25. Ask about options for accommodating larger groups. You may also use outdoor picnic areas on a first-come, first-served basis for up to 50 people.
Staff-guided Parties
Get a more personalized experience with the following party options! Both are available for scheduling year-round but have limited availability.
Explore the Farm
Celebrate with a staff-guided party to meet the animals and explore the farm.
- Ages: 4 and older
- Availability: Year-round
- Program length: 2 hours. The first hour is led by an educator and is followed by a one-hour room rental for gift opening and serving your own refreshments.
- Cost: $225 for up to 20 people (kids and adults).
- Capacity: The staff-guided portion is only for up to 20 people (kids and adults). Maximum room capacity is 25.
Kids in the Kitchen or Fiber Fun
Foster your guests’ creativity while celebrating your special day at the farm! Choose from fiber crafting using wool from Gale Woods Farm sheep or cooking scratch-made treats using products from the farm.
- Ages: 8 and older
- Availability: Year-round
- Program length: 2.5 hours. The first 90 minutes will include instruction to make your project and some time to visit an animal, followed by a one-hour room rental for gift opening and serving your own refreshments.
- Cost: $325 for up to 15 kids.
- Capacity: Maximum room capacity of 25 people.
