Can I bring my dog?

While we love dogs (Have you checked out some of our dog parks?), for the safety of all participants, please leave your running and walking buddy at home for this race.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, strollers are allowed. However, we ask that at the start line you line up at the back of the pack and use extreme caution during the race, especially on the 5K course and 1K courses which have out-and-back, two-way traffic portions. We recommend running-style strollers with larger tires for the turf sections of the 10K and 5K courses.

What is the age range for the 1K race?

While designed for kids, anyone can enter the 1K race. We do ask parents to register if they plan to run with their kids.

What is the refund policy?

The race will take place rain, shine or snow, and entry fees are non-refundable. Race start times may be delayed if severe weather is imminent.

How early should I arrive on race day?

If you have picked up your race packet before race day, please arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to the start of your race. If you need to register or pick up your packet on race day, please arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to the start of your race.

What are the Three Rivers Explorer Camps?

Three Rivers Park District works with community partners to deliver high-quality programs to residents of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds. Each summer, Three Rivers Explorer Camps offer about 20 day camps that serve 325 kids in locations close to their homes. The goal is to connect kids to the nature around them with activities like nature exploration, biking, fishing, canoeing and more. Three Rivers Explorer Camps are available for no or low cost thanks to participants like you and through the support of Three Rivers Park District Foundation. Thank you for helping to send a kid to camp!
