Spring Program Registration Opens January 30

Online and phone registration for spring programs begins on Tuesday, January 30, at 8 AM. Three Rivers offers a wide variety of outdoor education and recreation programs throughout the metro. From archery, fishing or mountain biking, to maple syruping, birding and even sheep shearing, Three Rivers offers something for everyone.

Celebrate 10 years of the Legacy Amendment

To celebrate the 10-year anniversary of passage of Minnesota’s Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment, the Parks and Trails Legacy Advisory Committee is holding eight events throughout the state. The first event is taking place at Silverwood Park on Saturday, Jan. 27, from 1-4 PM. The event is free and open to all ages. Free activities will include kick sledding, s’mores by the fire, ice fishing, an outdoor snowmobile simulator, indoor activities for kids, an adaptive recreational equipment demonstration, hot beverages and light refreshments.
