Racers and spectators are encouraged to cheer on the competitors and join an all-day party on Saturday. Racers should plan to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to their race start. Register for the race

Should there be an insufficient amount of natural snow, the Twin Cities Orthopedics Ski Rennet will use an alternate course route on the snowmaking loop.

Saturday, January 20

7:30 AM: Registration opens for all races
8:30 AM: Gear West 26K Classic Start
8:40 AM: Hoigaard’s 26K Freestyle Start (3 waves 3 minutes apart)
11:00 AM: Boulder Nordic Sport 10K Classic Start
11:05 AM: Boulder Nordic Sport 10K Freestyle Start
Noon: Para 2k Start
12:15 PM: Junior Start (2 waves 5 minutes apart)
1:00 PM: 10K Skijor Start
1:15 PM:  4K Skijor Start
1:25 PM: 2K Skijor Start
3:00–5:00 PM: Fat Bike Starts


There is no fee to park. Consider carpooling to help with congestion and reduce vehicle emissions.

Packet Pick-up

Packet pick-up is available at a location chosen by the racer during registration on the Wednesday (regular store hours), Thursday (regular store hours) and Friday (store open-3:00 PM) before the event. Race day packet pick-up at Hyland Lake Park Reserve is also available. Check back for more details on location addresses and specific hours.

Zero Waste Event

Three Rivers is committed to lessening our impact on the environment by reducing the amount of waste generated at events. The goal of the TCO Ski Rennet is to have less than 1 ounce of trash per participant.
