Request for Qualifications: 2027-2031 Professional Services Consultant Pool

Three Rivers Park District is currently soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from professional consulting firms interested in providing professional planning, design, natural resources, construction engineering, and related architectural/engineering consultant services. The Park District intends to pre-qualify firms to establish a 5-year pool of diversely qualified consultants to provide professional services for specific funded projects in the Park District’s annual Asset Management
Program (AMP) and on an as-needed basis for unanticipated or newly prioritized initiatives over the next five years.

The objective of this RFQ is to provide a fair, open, and non-discriminatory process in the selection of professional service firms while ensuring the best interests of the public and Park District are served.
