COVID-19 Update - Park Buildings Closed

March 19, 2020

As the situation and response surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are adjusting our operations keeping the health and safety of park guests and our employees as our top priority.

Based on the new developments and direction given by Governor Walz yesterday, all of our buildings will be closed to the public starting tomorrow morning, Wednesday, March 18. This will include all visitor centers, nature centers, program centers, indoor rental facilities and golf clubhouses. At this time, the closures will extend through Sunday, April 5.

With this new change, we will also need to cancel all programs, events and facility reservations occurring during this timeframe. Program refunds will be applied automatically. Three Rivers staff will be in contact with guests whose facility reservations have been impacted to assist with refunds or rescheduling.

While buildings will be closed, our parks will remain open. Select restroom facilities will be kept open at each park. We continue to encourage people to get out and enjoy nature — whether it’s at one of our parks or in your own neighborhood. Fresh air and exercise are good for us all!
