Cleary Lake Regional Park Draft Long-Range Plan Is Available For Public Comment

August 19, 2024

The Three Rivers Park District Board of Commissioners has approved the draft updated long-range plan for Cleary Lake Regional Park and authorized a 30-day public comment period for the plan.

The intent of the Cleary Lake Regional Park Long-Range Plan is to provide an update to the vision of the park for the next 20 years. Three Rivers Park District and Scott County will continue to operate the park in partnership to continue to leverage the benefits of two organizations providing their expertise and knowledge to best provide for the growing populations of Scott County and surrounding areas. The park will remain an active, amenity-rich place for people to gather, recreate and enjoy access to nature in a suburban regional park setting.

The long-range plan is available to view and download at Let’s Talk Three Rivers, and comments about the plan may be made through Sept. 19, 2024, on Let’s Talk Three Rivers, submitted by e-mail to: Alyssa.Olson@ThreeRiversParks.org or mailed to: Three Rivers Park District, Cleary Lake Regional Park Long-Range Plan, 3000 Xenium Lane North, Plymouth, MN 55441. Printed copies of the plan are available at the Three Rivers Park District Administrative Center, 3000 Xenium Lane N., Plymouth; at the Cleary Lake Regional Park Visitor Center, and at the Prior Lake and Savage Libraries.
