Ridgeview Room

This room is included in room rental for events taking place Friday–Sunday. It can be used for storage or getting ready.

Three Rivers has partnered with a variety of local caterers that are committed to excellent customer service and exceptional value. See the approved caterer list. 

Full-service catering is required at Hyland Hills Chalet. This means that catering staff brings the food to the venue, stays on-site to manage and serve it, clears tables, manages trash, and stays until food and beverage service ends. Drop-off catering is not allowed at our featured venues. 

Desserts can be catered by anyone.

Snacks and Alcohol from the Chalet

Hyland Hills Chalet has a small catering menu available for appetizers and late-night snacks. Hyland Hills is the only vendor able to provide the alcoholic beverages for your event. We serve beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages. No outside alcohol or liquor is permitted.

Alpine Room (10 AM–11 PM)

• Mondays–Thursdays: $1,350
• Fridays–Sundays and holidays: $3,400

Ridgeview Room (10 AM–11 PM)

The Ridgeview Room can be reserved alone Monday–Thursday. The Ridgeview Room is included in the Alpine Room rentals for events taking place Friday–Sunday.

• $350 for the first four hours, $50/hour for additional time
• Reservations can be made 60 days prior, unless in conjunction with the Alpine Room.

Fees

• $1,500 facility rental deposit
• $350 security fee required for any reservation after 7 PM

Payment due in full at time of booking.
