Gale Woods Pavilion

Gale Woods Pavilion offers the picture-perfect setting for a classic country wedding. The venue fits the rural character and rustic charm of Gale Woods Farm and offers sweeping views of the pasture and gardens. The Pavilion's large doors roll open to reveal a spectacular vista overlooking Whaletail Lake.

In-person Tours

Tours are by appointment only and are given Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, based on building and staff availability. Please email GaleWoodsEvents@ThreeRiversParks.org to set up an appointment.

Catering & Vendors

Three Rivers has partnered with a variety of local caterers that are committed to excellent customer service and exceptional value. See the approved caterer list.

Full-service catering is required at Gale Woods Farm Pavilion. This means that catering staff brings the food to the venue, stays on-site to manage and serve it, clears tables, manages trash, and stays until food and beverage service ends. Drop-off catering is not allowed at our featured venues.

Rates & Fees

Rates

Full-day rental rates (10 AM–midnight):

  • Mondays–Thursdays: $1,350
  • Fridays–Sundays and holidays : $2,300

Partial-day rates (8 hours or fewer):

  • Mondays–Thursdays: $1,100

Fees

  • $600 facility rental deposit
  • $275 security fee required for any reservation after 8 PM

Payment due in full at time of booking.

Gale Woods Farm has the most scenic ceremony backdrop in the Twin Cities! The venue is a working farm with animals, however, they keep the reception venue in pristine condition. They have a huge list of caterers to select from, which provides a lot of choices for couples!
