Cross-Country Skiing

3.6 miles of trails

At Eagle Lake, you'll find trails for beginning to intermediate skiers that take you through woods and meadows. Trails are multi-use and shared with skijorers and fat bikes. A Three Rivers cross-country annual or daily ski pass is required. Check trail conditions before heading out.

Eagle Lake has paved and turf trails for dog walking. The paved trail connects to adjoining municipal trails. Dogs must be on a six-foot, non-retractable leash and owners must pick up after their dog.

1.7 miles of trails

Eagle Lake has one mile of paved trail which connects to adjoining municipal trails and an additional mile of unpaved trail for hiking.

Please note: In the winter, hiking is not permitted on cross-country ski trails unless otherwise noted.

Skijoring and Dog Sledding

Eagle Lake is a great place for skijoring. Skijoring is permitted on skate ski trails when no race is scheduled. A Three Rivers cross-country annual or daily ski pass is required.

Enjoy the crisp winter day snowshoeing at Eagle Lake. A short trail leads to an open area for off-trail exploration. Please note: Snowshoeing is not permitted on cross-country ski trails unless otherwise noted.

Visitor Center

The Visitor Center is closed during the winter. There is no rental equipment available.
