FAQs
- Why are you not selling Championship Course season passes?
We created the Championship Course Season Pass when we consistently had open tee times available.
Based on recent booking trends, we are discontinuing the Season Pass offering.
- I’m not seeing open times for the day I want to play. If I call the clubhouse, are there openings?
Our online tee sheet shows the most current and accurate tee time availability. The clubhouse uses the same schedule, so calling the clubhouse does not provide access to other tee times.
If the date/time you want to play is not currently available, use the virtual waitlist feature. You will receive a text message notification when a cancellation occurs for a time you are hoping to play.
- Why do you require a credit card when booking a tee time?
A valid credit card is required to hold all tee times. Your card is not charged at the time of booking; payment is taken at the course when players check in for their round.
The credit card submitted when booking will only be charged if you don’t show or “short show” (fewer players arrive than originally reserved) for your tee time.
- How far in advance do I need to cancel or modify a tee time to avoid being charged?
To avoid being charged, you should modify or cancel your tee time at least 12 hours in advance. Modifications and cancellations can be made online up to 12 hours in advance.
Within 12 hours, you must call the clubhouse to modify or cancel your time. We will do our best to fill the open spots, but you will be charged for no shows or short shows if we can’t fill the open spots. It is in your best interest to notify the course of cancellations or modifications as soon as possible ahead of your tee time.
- If I want to play an additional round, is there a discount for the second round? What about the cart fee?
There are no replay rates or discounts if you play two rounds. All rounds are charged at the listed rates based on the time of tee-off.
- Can I play 9 holes on the Championship Course?
You can play 9 holes on the Championship Course anytime Monday–Thursday (excluding holidays).
Friday–Sunday and holidays, all golfers must pay for 18 holes until 3 PM, regardless of how many holes are played. No refunds or rainchecks will be given.
- Is the driving range free?
No. The driving range is $12/hour for adults and $7/hour for kids under age 17.
If you are playing a round, warming up (15 minutes max.) before your paid round is included with your paid green fee.
If you want to hit more balls before or after your round, the hourly rate applies.
- What is Baker National’s raincheck policy?
Rainchecks for inclement weather will be given based on the number of holes completed.
For example, when redeeming a “9-hole raincheck” and playing 18 holes, players will pay the 9-hole rate for the round of golf and cart.
- What is the Walk 9/Ride 9 offer?
New this year at Baker National’s Championship Course, golfers who walk the first nine holes on Fridays can ride the final nine in a cart at no charge.
This offer does not apply to groups booking more than one tee time. It is limited to twosomes and both players sharing a cart must walk the first nine holes and ride the final nine.
The goals of this program are to promote walking and reduce cart use on the golf course.

Golf Leagues
Golf leagues and lesson leagues are a great way to make new friends while improving your game. Junior, adult and senior leagues are available for golfers of all skill levels. You can register for leagues and lesson leagues online, by calling Guest Services at 763-559-6700 or in-person at the course clubhouse.
Baker National also hosts public adult leagues that are organized by outside groups.
FootGolf
Try this exciting sport on the Evergreen Course. FootGolf is played by kicking a soccer ball to a hole using the same basic rules of golf.
The soccer ball and hole are proportionate in size to a golf ball and a golf hole. Non-spiked shoes are required. Balls are available for rent.

Natural Resources
Three Rivers takes great care to preserve the natural beauty of Baker National with native vegetation across the landscape. In 1995, Baker National received the designation of “Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary” from Audubon International.
This program, sponsored by the United States Golf Association, encourages courses to protect and conserve natural resources and preserve the character and integrity of the land.
