Campsites can be reserved up to one year in advance of your first night's stay.
2020 camping season: June 1 to Oct. 18
203 sites, including 103 with electricity. Each site can accommodate two tents or one tent and one RV, with a maximum of eight people per campsite. Picnic table and fire ring at each site with showers and flush toilets (wheelchair accessible) nearby. RV dump station available.

Campground Staff Hours:
The office will be open, but a limited number of people will be allowed in at once. Staff will also be available by phone.

A variety of recreation equipment is available to rent at the campground, including canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, rowboats, stand-up paddleboards, bicycles and child trailers.

New in 2020: All boat rentals must be reserved online. Boats can be reserved in two-hour time blocks up to seven days in advance. Same-day reservations are available online.
Bicycle Rental Hours
10:30 AM-5:30 PM*, daily
*The last bike rental starts at 2:30 PM. Bicycles must be returned by 5:30 PM.
New in 2020: Bikes and child trailers can be rented online or in person. Bicycles can be rented in 3-hour time blocks, and a child trailer can be rented for a 7-hour time block beginning at 10:30 AM. Learn more.
Baker has five 12’x16’ cabins. Each features a screened-in porch, table, benches and wooden bunk beds with mattresses, electricity, heat, overhead lighting, ceiling fans and outlets. Located near a modern restroom facility that includes showers, changing rooms and dishwashing sinks. Cabins sleep five or six people and two are accessible for people with disabilities.
Some group camps are now open! Marshview and Lake Katrina 2 group camps will open July 1.
Five group campsites offer many options: from simple, open-air locations to rustic cabins to spots with shelter, electricity, water, and flush toilets. For those who want to brave the cold, Half Moon Group Camp and Baker Outdoor Learning Center are available for winter stays. Baker Play Area Closed in 2020
The Baker Play Area will be closed in 2020 for construction. A new play area is coming soon!
Three Rivers Park District offers select campsites to help aid those with mobility impairments. Amenities at these sites include accessible picnic tables, accessible fire pits, more level terrain and close proximity to bathrooms. Baker Campground also has two camper cabins which feature an entry ramp and more space between the beds for maneuvering. Location of these sites is noted on the campground maps.
