General Park Reservations

Types of Reservations & Registrations

As of February 5, the following reservations and registrations will be made in the new general park reservation system:

• Programs and events
• Equipment rentals (excluding Hyland Hills and downhill at Elm Creek Winter Recreation Area)
• Wedding and rental spaces
• Passes and permits
• Summer camps 
• Golf Academy

Accessing Your Account

Existing Accounts

Step 1: Visit the new general park reservation system.

Step 2: Click the “Log In” button in the upper right corner.  

Step 3: A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter your email address and password. Select the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the steps to change your password.

New Accounts

Step 1: Visit the new general park reservation system.

Step 2: Click the “Create Account” button in the upper right corner.

Step 3: Enter the required information, then click the "Create Account" button.

Step 4: You will see a confirmation page letting you know that your new account has been created, along with a welcome email. Click the "Continue" button and you will automatically be logged into your account.

Downhill Skiing, Snowboarding and Tubing Reservations

A new reservation system for downhill skiing, snowboarding and tubing will continue to roll out throughout the fall for the following reservations and registrations:

Make a Reservation

• Lockers at Hyland Hills
• Season passes (Elm Creek | Hyland Hills)

Reservations Coming Soon

• SnowSports Academy (October 20)
• Punch passes and vouchers
• Tubing at Elm Creek

Accessing Your Account

New Accounts

Step 1:  Visit the downhill skiing, snowboarding and tubing reservation system.

Step 2: Click the “Accounts” button in the upper right corner (the icon of a person).

Step 3: You will be taken to the Accounts window. Under "Register", enter your email address and a password, then confirm the password. Once completed, click "register".

Step 4: You will be directed to a new page that will prompt you to provide your contact information. You will also be prompted to opt-in to emails. Once completed, click "complete registration.

Step 5: You will be taken to your Account page, where you can change your password, edit your profile and more.

If you purchased a 2026–27 season pass prior to June 30, please follow the directions sent to your email on September 15.

Golf

Golf Passes & Tour Cards

If you would like to purchase a golf pass or tour card, please do so through our golf website.

You may also purchase golf gift cards online or in-person at our golf courses, when open.

Golf Academy

Golf Academy registration will be made in the new system starting March 10 at 8 AM. Learn more about Golf Academy.

How do I create an account?

I was notified by Three Rivers that my account was transferred to the new system.

If you received an email and/or postcard in the mail from us that we transferred your account into our new system, here are the steps you need to take to access your account.  

Step 1:  Visit our new reservation and registration system.

Step 2: Click the “Log In” button in the upper right corner.  

Step 3: A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter your email address and password. Select the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the steps to change your password.

I don’t have an existing account.  

If you do not have an existing Three Rivers reservation and registration account, you will need to create one in the new system by following these steps:

Step 3: Enter the required information, then click the "Create Account" button.

What if I need assistance using the new registration system?

Please give Guest Services a call at 763-559-6700, and we will assist you.  

What happens to any previously purchased passes?

Existing annual and season passes are still valid and will continue to be honored until their date of expiration. Be sure to bring your recreation pass card with you to the parks.
