Where to Make Reservations
We have launched a new reservation and registration system to enhance your online experience with a more visual and user-friendly process. Downhill skiing, snowboarding and tubing will remain available here through the end of the winter season.

New Reservation System
- Types of Reservations & Registrations
As of February 5, the following reservations and registrations will now be made in the new system:
- Programs and events
- Equipment rentals (excluding Hyland Hills and downhill at Elm Creek Winter Recreation Area)
- Wedding and rental spaces
- Passes and permits
- Summer camps (Starting February 24)
- Golf Academy (Starting March 10)
- Accessing the New Registration & Reservation System
Existing Accounts
If you had an existing Three Rivers reservation and registration account, it was automatically transferred to our new system.
You will have been notified of the change on February 2 via an email that included the steps to take to access and set up your new account, including creating a new password.
If you didn't receive the email message, don’t worry. All the information you need to access or create an account is available below.
New Accounts
If you did not have an existing Three Rivers reservation and registration account, you will need to create one in the new system by following these steps:
Step 1: Visit our new reservation and registration system.
Step 2: Click the “Create Account” button in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Enter the required information, then click the "Create Account" button.
Step 4: You will see a confirmation page letting you know that your new account has been created, along with a welcome email. Click the "Continue" button and you will automatically be logged into your account.

To ease the transition, the following reservations and registration will be made in the legacy system until the end of the season:
- SnowSports Academy
- Equipment rentals (for Hyland Hills and downhill at Elm Creek Winter Recreation Area)
- Tubing
Golf
- Golf Passes & Tour Cards
If you would like to purchase a golf pass or tour card, please do so through our golf website.
You may also purchase golf gift cards online or in-person at our golf courses, when open.
- Golf Academy
Golf Academy registration will be made in the new system starting March 10 at 8 AM. Learn more about Golf Academy.
Virtual Waiting Room
To help manage the high volume of traffic on busy registration days, we will continue to use the virtual waiting room to ensure user volume does not exceed the registration site's capacity, providing a smooth and consistent registration experience for all users.

- How do I create an account?
I was notified by Three Rivers that my account was transferred to the new system.
If you received an email and/or postcard in the mail from us that we transferred your account into our new system, here are the steps you need to take to access your account.
Step 1: Visit our new reservation and registration system.
Step 2: Click the “Log In” button in the upper right corner.
Step 3: A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter your email address and password. Select the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the steps to change your password.
I don’t have an existing account.
If you do not have an existing Three Rivers reservation and registration account, you will need to create one in the new system by following these steps:

Step 2: Click the “Create Account” button in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Enter the required information, then click the "Create Account" button.

- What if I need assistance using the new registration system?

- What happens to any previously purchased passes?
Existing annual and season passes are still valid and will continue to be honored until their date of expiration. Be sure to bring your recreation pass card with you to the parks.
