Gallery

Silverwood’s gallery space plays host to professional artist and student work throughout the year. Shows typically run six to eight weeks and artists are invited to submit work relating to each show’s theme. Themes are chosen well in advance. Watch for details on upcoming shows and calls for submissions.

MN Watercolor Society: "Spring Splendor"

A colorful collection of paintings in watercolor and acrylic created by members of the Minnesota Watercolor Society inspired by the splendor of springtime.

Silverwood Café

What better place to have your morning coffee or meet up with a colleague for lunch? The Silverwood Café boasts some of the best views of any coffee shop in the Twin Cities. Café hours are 9AM to 8PM April-October and 9AM to 5PM November-March. See our café menu.

Norman Rockmelt: Turkey, cheddar cheese and cranberry sauce served hot on focaccia bread.
Wraptisse: Lettuce wrap with Swiss cheese, green pepper, tomato and chipotle honey mustard
Francis Bacon Wrap: Bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado on a multi-grain wrap
Salvador Salad: Turkey, cucumber, blueberries, Craisins and balsamic vinaigrette
Surrealist Salad: Tomato, cucumber, green pepper, onion and apple honey mustard vinaigrette

Choose one flavor or mix two to create your perfect smoothie! Silverwood Café uses Capriccio “Exotic Island” smoothie mixes, which are made from whole fresh fruit – no preservatives! Smoothie flavors include Banana, Blackberry, Mango, Passion Fruit, Peach, Pina Colada and Wild Strawberry.
