The Hyland Lake visitor center is located within Hyland's Recreation Park Area, which includes an award-winning Play Area. The visitor center features limited concessions, restrooms, a fire place, and cross-country ski rental in winter.
Try Geocaching at Hyland
GPS units can be checked out free of charge at the Visitor Center on a first come, first served basis. Units may only be used in the park and must be returned to the Visitor Center before closing. A picture ID is required. Look for all seven caches!
Construction Note
Highwood Drive is closed to both directions on Hwy 169. You will need to exit on East Bush Lake Rd from I-494. Head towards Hyland Ski & Snowboard Area and take a right at the first stop light to continue on East Bush Lake Rd. Proceed past Bush Lake where you will see the Visitor Center entrance on your left.
