Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas
Weather Closures
HSSA will close when wind chill temperatures reach -40º or the air temperature reaches -30º as measured at the ski area. We reserve the right to operate the facility in accordance with weather conditions, skier traffic or slope maintenance.
Lift Ticket Rates
Children 4 years old and under ski free with a paid adult. Adults aged 60 and older ski for $15 anytime. Prices include sales tax. Season passes are available online. Parents may also download and sign a Pass Waiver for their child to be able to purchase a season pass on site.

GrindRite® Tune Shop
The best way to improve your performance on the slopes is to keep your skis or snowboard in shape. Our staff offers quality alpine ski and snowboard service on site with state-of-the-art equipment. Overnight service is available. Call 763.694.7809.
The Grindrite Tune Shop is unable to adjust/repair ski bindings, but does offer minor snowboard binding repair.
The Works - $35
Base grind, edge sharpening and polish, and hot wax applied.
The Basic - $20
Base buff, edge sharpening, hot wax.
