The Hyland Ski and Snowboard Area offers a unique facility nestled within the 1,000 acre Hyland Lake Regional Park Reserve in Bloomington. The casual atmosphere at the Chalet and Golf Practice Center provides the perfect setting for family celebrations, special occasions and business outings. Rental Availability and Fees
The chalet is available for rental Monday-Friday from 4:00 PM–11:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM–11:00 PM during the months of April-September.
Facility rental fee is waived if food and/or alcohol are purchased from the Hyland Chalet at the time of the event minimum charge of $600. Fees exclude sales tax. Facility rental fee of $600 is charged if one of our approved caterers is chosen to provide the food for the event.
