The rental pavilion is available for large groups April-November. This facility, a popular spot for weddings and corporate events, overlooks Whaletail Lake and the farm’s pastures and gardens. Tours are available by appointment only. Please call 763.694.7611 to arrange a visit.

Rental Availability and Fees

An all day rental is 10:00 AM–midnight. The pavilion is only open during the time of the reservation and food or decorations may only be set up within the rental period.

Monday–Thursday, April–November: $850
Friday–Sunday and Holidays, April–November: $1,500

Reservations

Reservations must be made at least 21 days in advance by calling 763.559.6700. Payment is due in full at time of reservation. We accept cash, check or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

A damage deposit of 25% of the rental fee is due at the time of your reservation. This deposit will be returned in full within 30 days of your event if no damages occur. A security fee will be applied for large groups when alcohol is being served (either self-provided or supplied by a vendor) and the rental time period extends beyond 7:00 PM. This fee covers the cost of providing on-site security during your rental and will be determined at the time of the reservation.

Caterers
To ensure a distinctive and personalized experience for your event, we have established a list of approved caterers. If you have a catered event at the Park District, you must select your caterer from this list.
