The Cleary Lake Pavilion is situated along the lake near a creative play area and swimming beach, making it a great spot for casual wedding receptions, corporate events and birthday parties.
Reservations
The pavilion is $350 (excluding tax) for a full-day rental. Reservations must be made at least 21 days in advance by calling 763.559.6700. Payment is due in full at time of reservation. We accept cash, check or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).
A damage deposit of 25% of the rental fee is due at the time of your reservation. This deposit will be returned in full within 30 days of your event if no damages occur.
Caterers
To ensure a distinctive and personalized experience for your event, we have established a list of approved caterers. If you have a catered event at the Park District, you must select your caterer from this list.
