Rooms
Looking for a unique setting for your next meeting? Lowry Nature Center’s rooms can be rented to host meetings, retreats, family gatherings and other events. Spaces vary in size from the Maple room, which seats 10-15 people, to the Basswood room, which can seat as many as 100 people in an auditorium style set-up or 80 seated at long tables. The nature center also has the Oak and Tamarack rooms that each seat 40 auditorium style or can be combined to one larger room.

Snowshoes - Available to rent for use on-site during business hours when snow conditions permit.

Kicksleds - Available to rent for use on Crosby Lake track during business hours when ice conditions permit

Down hill sleds - Available to rent for use at Lowry Sliding Hill during business hours when conditions permit.

Nordic walking poles - Are available for use free of charge throughout the year. These poles help with stability while hiking the trails and also help users to burn up to 20% more calories while they hike!

Exploration Kits - Seasonally themed kits are available, free of charge, for individuals and groups visiting the park. Check one out to explore the pond, discover insects, and search for animal tracks and signs, and more!

All-Terrain Wheelchairs - The nature center has all-terrain wheelchairs that may be checked out free of charge to allow mobility impaired individual access to our wood-chipped trails. Other accessibility equipment is also available with advance notice.
