The enclosed Bryant Lake Pavilion offers seating for up to 150 people and features a fireplace, refrigerator, sink, and several grills. This facility—a great spot for casual wedding receptions, corporate events, birthday parties and school groups—is also close to popular park attractions such as the play area, beach, fishing pier, and bike/hike trails.
Reservations
The pavilion is $350 (excluding tax) for a full-day rental. Reservations must be made at least 21 days in advance by calling 763.559.6700. Payment is due in full at time of reservation. We accept cash, check or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). A damage deposit of 25% of the rental fee is due at the time of your reservation. This deposit will be returned in full within 30 days of your event if no damages occur.
Caterers
To ensure a distinctive and personalized experience for your event, we have established a list of approved caterers. If you have a catered event at the Park District, you must select your caterer from this list.
Green Gatherings
This is a designated Green Gatherings facility. That means we require the park patrons who rent this space to use reusable dinnerware, tablecloths, napkins and/or compostable substitutes. Three Rivers Parks or your caterer can assist you. To learn more call 763.559.6700.
