We are happy to assist you every step of the way. Our helpful reservations staff will check dates and parks if you have a site selected, or work with you to find a site that fits your needs. Call 763.559.6700, weekdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, weekends 8:30 AM–12:30 PM, or e-mail us at ReservationsHelp@ThreeRiversParkDistrict.org. Reservations must be made at least three weeks in advance. Prime sites go quickly, so reserve your site as soon as possible.
Note: Family Camping and Cabin Camping reservations will begin on Monday, March 12, 2012.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of reservation and may be made by phone using American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover, or in person using charge card, cash or check. To pay in person, visit the Three Rivers Park District Administrative Center during regular business hours. A confirmation receipt, park information and a reproducible park location map will be sent upon receipt of payment.
Cancellations
Picnic areas, shelters and rental rooms
If a cancellation is made 60 days prior to the use date, 50% of the fee will be refunded. All cancellations made within 60 days are non-refundable. No refunds are given due to weather conditions. Picnics are a go rain or shine, unless the park or facility is closed due to severe, life-threatening weather.
All Pavilions, Elm Creek Chalet, Noerenberg Gardens, Silverwood, The Landing
If a cancellation is made 240 days prior to the use date, 100% of the fee will be refunded. If a cancellation is made 120 days prior to the use date, 80% of the fee will be refunded. For cancellations made 60 days prior to the use date, 50% of the fee will be refunded. All cancellations made within 60 days of event are non-refundable. No refunds are given due to weather conditions unless the park or facility is officially closed due to severe, life-threatening weather.
Catering
As part of our commitment to providing you the highest level of service and guest satisfaction, we have established an approved catering list. This list will ensure a distinctive and personalized experience for your event. If you choose to have your special event catered, please select your caterer from the approved catering list. The catering companies were selected based on their commitment to excellence in customer service as well as their ability to provide a wide variety of catering options and exceptional value.
