Join Freewheel Bike and Three Rivers Park District for the Murphy Duathlon! Race on one of the Twin Cities' most challenging courses. Begin and end with a 3 mile run through thick stands of oak forest on shaded turf trails. Between runs, sprint your bike down 10 miles of winding single track through wooded hills and wetlands. Murphy Kids Duathlon immediately following the race start. Each adult registration includes three entries into Murphy Kids Duathlon. $30 Pre-registration; $40 Day-of registration.
