Maple Syrup- Make Your Own!

Learn to tap maple trees, evaporate sap, and make your own syrup. If you have even just a few maple trees at home you can enjoy this hobby. Learn all the steps in the process, be able to buy a few simple supplies to get started, and learn some recipes for using maple syrup on more than pancakes. Reservations required. Registration deadline March 21.
