Paddling the lakes in a canoe or kayak is a great way to spot the water-loving wildlife that live at Three Rivers Park District. Get exercise and fresh air while you explore the shorelines and bays where motorized boats can’t go. Along the way, keep your eyes open for a variety of animals, including swans, turtles and beavers.
The natural beauty of our waterways and the surrounding land are carefully maintained by our Natural Resources division. Bring your own watercraft or rent one from us. It’s peaceful, it’s healthy and it’s fun for the whole family!
